Psychoeducation Classes

You Were Never Meant to Do This Alone

Navigating pregnancy isn’t just physical, it’s emotional, relational, and deeply personal. These 10-week classes offer psychoeducation, guided reflection, and real connection with other moms who get it.

Real Talk, Real Tools, Real Connection

Each week, we explore one theme from the B.E.W.E.L.L.M.A.M.A. framework, helping you feel more equipped, less alone, and deeply supported as you prepare for this next chapter.

A Space to Learn, Feel, and Be Held

Created for second and third trimester moms, these groups are a safe space to slow down, breathe, and make sense of what you’re feeling without judgment or pressure.

Be Well Classes: Mind-Body Support for Expecting Moms

Pregnancy changes everything: your body, your mind, your relationships, your identity. And while there’s no shortage of advice on strollers or sleep schedules, there’s not nearly enough support for what you are holding emotionally.

These classes are designed for moms in their second or third trimester who want more than checklists: they want connection, clarity, and grounded support.

Through the B.E.W.E.L.L. framework, you’ll explore:

• Emotional regulation + anxiety support

• Boundaries and communication with partners/family

• Identity shifts and self-worth

• Real talk about fears, expectations, and matrescence

• Community with other mamas who get it
